This year I am offering several variations on the teacher planner for administrators, counselors, and more! See below for a breakdown of these planners.

Basic Pricing for Teacher Planners:

  • Monthly Planner – $32 includes all teacher pages + monthly spreads for August 2020-August 2021 with system calendars for Columbia County, Richmond County, Washington-Wilkes, or Aiken County; blank calendars used for other systems
  • Monthly Deluxe Planner – $36 same as above – includes 3 pages for Notes and a To Do List after each month
  • Weekly Planner – $42 includes all teacher pages + monthly spreads + weekly lesson plan spread for every week
    • Weekly spreads can be customized with your class periods/subjects

Included with Basic Teacher Planner:

  • Customization of inside “title page” with your name and school. I will put your “teacher name” (Mr. ____ or Ms. ____) and your school unless you specify otherwise.
  • Basic cover customization
    • Placeholders on premade will be replaced with your name, initials, school, etc.
    • Full customization available with upgrade – see below for explanation of what’s included vs. full custom
  • Basic customization of weekly pages if you choose weekly format
    • I have several default templates that I can use for your weeks. I have formats that should cover most teaching situations. If you have a schedule that doesn’t fit those templates, we can work something out for a small additional fee in consideration of the extra time needed to design and format an appropriate template.

The monthly deluxe contains all of the standard teacher pages. To help you keep up with important info and reminders for the month, there are additional notes pages and a to-do list after each monthly spread. (See below for example) This does not have the weekly pages.

 

 

 

 

K5 Administrator
 

The admin planners are designed for an elementary principal or assistant principal, but could be altered for other levels. These planners are only available in WHIMSY interior style.

School Counselor
 

There are two versions of the counselor planners. Both include an extra set of pages to track student contact, similar to the parent contact trackers. The monthly planner includes an extra set of monthly calendars for you to track student meetings separately of your other school and personal commitments. The weekly planner includes weekly spreads where you can track these meetings.

These planners are only available in the WHIMSY interior style.

Elementary Music (Specials)

Several elementary music teachers have suggested a unique layout to track their rotations. This may work for other elementary specials teachers as well! This planner includes the usual teacher planner contents, but features 9 of these rotation spreads after the monthly calendars. They can be altered slightly if you would like something a little different.

This variation is only available in the WHIMSY interior style

 

 

 

 

Office/Staff/PTO
 

Other school employees not in the classroom may not need all the tracking pages in the teacher planner. Or, you may be a teacher with your own methods for tracking this stuff and just want a simple, pretty planner for your schedule. This also makes a great planner for parent volunteers, office staff, or student teachers.

This planner is only available in the WHIMSY interior style.

Interior Style

When ordering your planner, you will be asked to select an interior style.

Weekly Spread Options

If you select one of these templates, I can customize it with your periods or subjects for no additional cost. For instance, if you teach “Academic Overtime,” 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th period, I will customize the labels on your 5-period spread accordingly. You could also use names of subjects such as Reading, Math, Science, etc.  When completing the order form, you will be asked to provide labels. Please list them in order as you want them to appear from top to bottom. Just be aware of the small space; if necessary I will abbreviate.

  • Single Block
  • Patriot/Core – small box up top, large box below; great for middle school teachers with achievement period
  • Five Period
  • Six Period
  • Seven Period
  • Hourly
  • *Custom + $6.00* – if none of these formats works for you, we can design something that will for an additional fee in consideration of the extra time required to create what you want.

BASIC CUSTOMIZATION
The basic planner pricing will include one of the premades with minor customizations. I will be happy to make small font changes, or even minor alterations such as replacing “planner” with a monogram on a design with the circular “seal.” Likewise, adding your school name or changing a font color is no problem.

If you’re unsure of whether your changes are included or would fall under full customization, don’t hesitate to contact me and ask before ordering.

Premade Gallery

FULL CUSTOMIZATION (+ $6.00 – includes any of my graphics or fonts)
If you’re planning to get a little more customized for an additional fee, that’s great! You’ll need to look at the templates or a premade to start from, and then tell me what you’d like. In general, if your request involves changing graphics, multiple font changes, etc. then it will fall under Full Customization.

Custom Cover Information

 

OTHER OPTIONS

  • Laminated Covers – $10.00
    • The laminated cover upgrade includes coordinating front and back covers, laminated in 10 mil plastic sheet.
  • Disc-bound Planner – +$8.00
    • Instead of spiral binding, your pages will be punched with an ARC puncher and disc-bound. This allows you to pull pages out and write on them, as well as insert documents you receive over the course of the school year. (To punch your own pages, you will need an ARC punch, like this budget-friendly one.)
    • With the disc-bound option, you can purchase accessories, inserts, and even leatherette covers at stores like Staples and Office Max. (Including a fabulous line by Martha Stewart at Staples!)
    • There are two options. You can have it punched without discs. This option is for people who want to recycle their discs from previous years or purchase their own from other vendors. I will punch your pages and cover. There is no extra cost for this.
    • The $8.00 upgrade includes punching the pages and loading them onto black discs of the appropriate size for the planner. Please note – the weekly planners are bound with 1.5 inch discs. A 1.25 inch disc would be just right for the page count, but very few brands make them. I cannot purchase them in large numbers at a reasonable cost. If you want something smaller, you may want to choose the punched option and load the pages onto the discs you purchase. 🙂
  • Additional Documents ( +$3.00 up to 10 extra pages/ +$6.00 for 10-50 extra pages)
    • I will be happy to include extra documents, such as the current standards or curriculum map for your subject area(s).
    • Please make sure you have a PDF or DOC file of your documents before ordering. If you have more than one file, please make sure the filenames are intuitive, such as “3rd Grade ELA.” You will be asked to upload this file during your order. If you have multiple files, please email everything to jessica@sparklepoppaper.com.
    • Some district or state-created documents include multiple grade levels or subjects. If you only need a specific section, please specify in the comments what pages you need. (It would be fantastic if you split them for me but if you provide the information I can do it.)
    • These documents will be inserted in the very back of your planner unless you specify otherwise.
  • Printed Index Tabs – $4.00
    • You will receive a set of adhesive index tabs. They are multicolored, but not they are not customizable with designs or colors at this time.
    • You will receive the tabs printed on their carrier sheet, not already arranged in the planner.

  • REFUNDS/RETURNS: You have seven days to cancel an order. Once printed, planners are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an error on my part, I will reprint the planner at my cost or make repairs/fixes as needed.
  • PAYMENT: When checking out through the online storefront, you will be asked to pay online. I will not be accepting payment on delivery this year. I will not have access to your credit card information. It is handled securely by PayPal or Shopify. If you are extremely uncomfortable with online ordering, please contact me and I can arrange for you to pre-pay.
  • PICKUP/DELIVERY: coming soon
  • EMAIL CONFIRMATION: Please provide an email that you will check frequently over the summer. You should receive an automated confirmation email after you order. If you don’t, please check your spam folder and make sure you mark it as “not spam!” I will be in touch with you after your order to confirm that your cover is correct, as well as to verify any other customizations.
    Please note: I will not submit your planner to be printed without your confirmation that your cover and any customizations are to your liking.
  • SHIPPING: You will be provided an option for local pickup or two-day shipping. Please note that this is not like Amazon Prime Two Day Shipping! 🙂 I cannot have a planner ready for you and shipped to your home within 48 hours of ordering. Selecting two day shipping means that your planner will be designed, printed, and processed with my next large order. When I receive my order from the printer, I will then ship your planner to you using two-day shipping.
